The prize winners of PRIX JEUNESSE INTERNATIONAL 2018 were announced last night in Munich, Germany. Over 500 Children’s TV experts had attended the festival week of the world’s leading competition of children and youth TV programmes and watched, discussed and judged outstanding programmes of the last two years.

550 children’s TV experts from 65 countries meet from 25th until 30th May at the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation in Munich/Germany, for the world’s oldest and most prestigious children´s TV festival, the PRIX JEUNESSE INTERNATIONAL. For one week, they will jointly watch programmes, analyse and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the shows and in the end award the very best ones with the PRIX JEUNESSE trophies.

From 25 to 30 May 2018, the world of children’s TV is going to meet at the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation in Munich, Germany, where the PRIX JEUNESSE INTERNATIONAL, the world’s biggest and oldest festival for children’s and youth TV, is going to take place. Since 2014 the PRIX JEUNESSE awards the “Gender Equity Prize” to programmes with the most innovative way of gender representation.
